- Campus Scheduling: Reservation Requests
The Office of Student Life- Campus Scheduling manages facility reservations for several campus venues including the Stern Student Center, Physicians Memorial Auditorium, Physicians Memorial Promenade, Cougar Plaza, and Rivers Green. This office also serves as a reference source for information regarding other venues on campus.
- 2008 Student Organization Summit Registration Form (PDF)
The annual Student Organization Summit is scheduled for Saturday, September 13th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. This educational and informational experience for College of Charleston student organizations will provide your group’s officers with tools and resources to allow you and your members to have a successful and enjoyable year. Workshops have been designed to provide you with information on budgeting and finances, risk management, marketing and promotion and how to become more involved in the SGA House of Representatives and the Cougar Spirit Initiative. - Student Organization Registration Form (PDF)
All student organizations must complete and submit this 4-page form to begin or renew their SGA registration for the current academic year. The completion of this form assures student organizations continued eligibility for those privileges provided by the Student Government Association, the Office of Student Life and the division of Student Affairs at the College of Charleston.
- Stern Student Center Student Organization Cubicle Space Application (PDF)
Student organizations are limited to one cubicle. This document is to be considered part of the Student Organization Cubicle Space Allocation Policy. Applying student organizations must be currently registered and must maintain registration with the Student Government Association (SGA) and must have an on-campus account established. Completion of this application does note guarantee cubicle space.
- Application for Organization Edisto Account (PDF)
To publish a student organizational web site on the Internet using the College's server, you must first obtain an Edisto server account. To apply for an account, download an Edisto server application. Send your application to Sue Dowd in Information Technology, on the fifth floor of the Bell Building. Allow 7 business days for your application to be processed.

- City of Charleston Snipe Sign Warning Letter (PDF)
Snipe signs are leaflets, handbills, posters, flyers, announcements or any other advertising and informational materials that are tacked, nailed, posted, pasted, glued or otherwise attached to trees, poles, stakes, fences, buildings, or other objects, and the advertising matter appearing thereon is not applicable to the present use of the premises where the snipe sign is located. Snipe signs are illegal.

- College Business Practice Guidelines/Sponsored Commercial Activity on College Property (PDF)
Student Affairs and Business Affairs are responsible for all vendor sales on campus.
Outside vendors are prohibited from selling on campus without prior permission from
one of these departments. College departments/units and recognized student
organizations may engage in sponsored commercial activity on College controlled
property (excludes activities procured via the College of Charleston / State procurement
process) provided the following guidelines are met. These guidelines are intended to
regulate all short term sponsored commercial activity on College property.
